The enquiry form

The enquiry form sends your name, email address, optional phone number, postcode, project type and project description to D&D’s connected Supabase database. These details are collected to respond to your project enquiry. Public visitors cannot read, change or delete stored enquiries. You can also download a copy of the submitted details on your device.

Photographs

You may attach up to five JPG, PNG or WebP reference photos. Images are optimised before upload and stored in a private bucket in the EU (Ireland) region. Only approved D&D administrators can view them using temporary access links. Avoid including people or sensitive information that is not needed to discuss the work.

Cookies and analytics

This version adds no advertising or analytics tracking. The admin area uses Supabase Auth and keeps its session in browser session storage, which is cleared when the tab is closed. The hosting service may use essential technology to provide access to the site.

Before the public launch

Enquiries are stored by Supabase in the project’s EU (Ireland) region. Before public launch, D&D will confirm its business contact for privacy requests and its retention period. No automated email notifications are configured yet; saved enquiries and photos are available in the admin dashboard. The dashboard checks for new enquiries while it is open.
